How do I check availability and book a night’s stay?
You can check our availability in real time and plan your stay simply by clicking on the ‘Booking’ button at the top of our website. We recommend that you secure your dates as early as possible. Rates vary depending on the season, the suite you choose and the length of your stay.
You have several suites – which one should we choose for our stay?
Each space has its own unique atmosphere and specific facilities (type of hot tub, layout, ambience). To choose the retreat that perfectly meets your expectations, we invite you to browse the photos and details of each accommodation on its own dedicated page, before clicking the [Book] button to secure your stay.
What are the arrival and departure times and procedures?
Check-in (from 4 pm) : This is a self-service process using a secure key box. Your access codes will be sent to you on the day of arrival before 4 pm. Please note: Our helpline closes at 9 pm, so we recommend you arrive before this time in case you need assistance.
Check-out (before 11.00) : Simply return the keys to their secure box. A late check-out may be possible depending on availability and must be requested in advance.
Are your wellness accommodation options suitable for a special occasion or as a gift?
Absolutely. Our suites are the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, a wedding night, or treat yourselves to a romantic getaway. Want to treat a loved one? Click on the ‘Give’ button to order a gift voucher in just a few clicks. On request (at least 24 hours in advance), we can also arrange personalised touches for your stay: a chilled bottle of champagne, romantic décor or massages through our partners.
How does the private hot tub work, depending on the suite you choose?
How it works depends on your hosting provider:
Premium Suite: The jacuzzi is already filled and heated to a safe, ideal temperature of 33 °C, ready for you to relax in as soon as you arrive.
VIP and Junior holiday cottages : You can enjoy filling the hot tub yourself to exactly the temperature you want.
How do I use the private sauna in the suite?
For your convenience, our saunas are operated by a simple timer. Pressing the button starts a 30-minute relaxation cycle. The sauna switches off automatically at the end of the countdown. Tip: Avoid pressing the button several times in quick succession, as each press starts a new 30-minute cycle. If the sauna switches off, wait a few minutes before restarting it to allow the thermal safety feature to reset.
What equipment is included?
Everything you need to unwind is provided: towels, bathrobes and bed linen. Each suite has free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can use capsules compatible with these machines. The heating is controlled via a wall-mounted remote control. (Note for the Premium Gîte: The appliance at the end of the hot tub is an automatic dehumidifier, which is essential for regulating humidity; it cannot be switched off).
How should we organise our meals and breakfasts during our stay?
Our suites are let on a self-catering basis to ensure you have complete privacy, but you are entirely free to bring your own food or have it delivered:
For breakfast: Although there are several bakeries in the immediate vicinity, we work in particular with a trusted partner: Juste un Moment (www.justeunmoment.be / +32 (0)499 20 78 78), who will be delighted to prepare a delicious breakfast for you (please order in advance).
For dinner: There are plenty of fast-food outlets and excellent restaurants in the Sprimont area offering home delivery straight to your suite’s door.
Where can I park my car during my stay?
A private car park, which is completely free of charge, is available on site. You can park your car there safely and discreetly as soon as you arrive.
